“Life is always a rich and steady time when you are waiting for something to happen or hatch.” ~~ ‘Charlotte’s Web’ by E.B. White.
The hatching happened a few months ago. Now we wait for snowman season to happen. Or, in the case of Wussy, for igloo season to happen. The little old shihtoodle always enjoys it when we build igloos in the yard that he can run in & out of. The first winter after adopting him, I threatened him that the igloo would be his winter home, no more cozy quilts & furnace for him. Then we caught him trying to drag the fridge out into the yard (he’s not dumb, he knows where the meat is kept), so I figured ok, enough already with the jokes.
